Triumphant Trans AmThe 2009 Trans Americas Expedition is now over and the group of 16 riders and four pillions have made it safely to Buenos Aires, Argentina, having ridden all the way from Prudhoe Bay in Alaska during the past five months. After more than 22,000 miles (36,200 kilometres) of tough riding, the BMW bikes are getting prepared for being freighted home and the group are already making plans for returning back to their ‘normal’ lives. Everyone who started this amazing trip finished it successfully, having ridden further and through more countries than ever before. For the full story see Tales of the Road.
