Balderston MotorcyclesOur local BMW dealer. Robin provided us with all our servicing support on the last ride and also helped us with our fund raising for SOS Children's Villages. Balderston's mechanic Steve takes care of the bike and does a job that is thorough, efficient and reliable. Following the work they did last year on the bike, it ran without a murmur. We trust them to do an A1 job this time. We are very pleased that they will continue to help us with the Trans-Americas ride. Tel: 01733 565470
PutolineKevin uses Putoline Oil for in our motorcycle training business and the bike ran on it for the whole of last year's record - another factor in the bike running so well. Putoline are local to us and are the only oil manufacturer that focuses on two wheels only! Tel: 01778 394909 Brittania Industrial Estate
Sonic CommunicationsSonic Communications are world leaders in specialised audio and video communications technology. Sonic are providing us with our intercom system. An intercom system is an important part of being able to communicate between rider and pillion, especially in foreign parts, when Julia is navigating us through strange towns! Green LeopardGreen Leopard supported us on our first world record challenge and are continuing with the second one. We have no hesitation in using them again. The product is fantastic and so is the service. Last year we used standard custom ear plugs; they were snug, comfortable and did the job. This year we are upgrading so we can get sound quality whilst using them with our intercom system. Tel: 0845 330 4153 215 Wood Street

BykebitzWe have joined up with Bykebitz as they are the UK distributor of the Airhawk seat. The Airhawk seat was the number one reason for us being able to sit on the bike for a 1,000 miles a day and up to 18 hours a day in the saddle on the Around the World Record. Not only is it extremely comfortable, it prevents any twinges and aids recovery rate when you are off the bike. Needless to say, we are taking them again. Tel: 01252 870900 Reading Road
